Zach and Dania have been married for 14 years. They first met in Tegucigalpa while Zach was serving as a missionary associate under his great uncle, Bill Strickland.  Shortly after getting married, they returned to Central Florida to be part of the pastoral staff at Life Church Assembly of God in Fruitland Park.  While living back in Florida, the Rix family was. Blessed to see their family grow with the birth of three daughters, Gabriela (12yrs), Sofia (11yrs), and Rebeca (8yrs). After serving several years as youth pastors, God spoke clearly to them to return to Honduras as career missionaries.  In the fall of 2017, the Rix family landed in San Pedro Sula, Honduras to begin their first term. During their second itineration in 2021-2022, Dania gave birth to a baby boy, Lucas (2yrs).  Now all 6 of the Rix’s are in the middle of their second term on the mission field.  They will return once more for itineration in the summer of 2026.
